Will you be in Dallas on Wednesday, May 6? Join us for networking and a lively panel discussion at Common Desk in Deep Ellum! Tickets are available here. The topic is “How to Attract and Retain Top Talent in Dallas’ Competitive Market” and we’re pleased to welcome a panel of experts to discuss why your work environment matters when it comes to attracting and retaining talent, which workplace features matter most to the most sought-after employees, and what some local Dallas workplaces have gotten right in this endeavor.

Have we piqued your interest? For more, we touched base with our panelists to take their temperature on these points:

“The most important thing a company or business can do to is to demonstrate they care about that individual,” said Jo Staffelbach Heinz, the president of STAFFELBACH. “Find out what matters to them, find out what makes them happy, find out what their passion is, and then focus on a career path in the firm that fulfills what they are seeking.”

Brigitte Preston, the owner of lauckgroup, added: “As a business, supporting a team culture that thrives on creativity and innovation is key. This requires our leaders to look critically at how we support teams, how we mentor people, how we allow ideas to be contributed.”

Do you agree? Join us in Dallas to hear more!
