Reebok is making plans for a new, 222,000 square foot HQ in Boston: “We have a goal of being the fittest, healthiest workplace in the country, and this new location will go a long way in helping us achieve this goal,” Reebok President Matt O’Toole said in a statement.
HuffPo Australia says that choice could be the key to a thriving workplace: “The concept of choice has been restricted to within the workplace and what we’re seeing now is a move beyond the bounds of the walls of a building,” said Emma Davenport [the head of brand and culture at Davenport Campbell, a design firm]. “Organizations need to have policies that support this level of choice which requires a complete re-think on outcomes and productivity.”
