Ula Bochinska earned her Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning degree from the University of Technology in Warsaw, Poland in 2001 and has been practicing in NYC since 2002. Prior to joining KA, Ula ran her own Brooklyn-based firm specializing in mixed use, retail, commercial and adaptive re-use renovation projects. Her work includes landmark condominium devel-opments at 32-34 Greene Street in Soho and 60-66 White Street in Tribeca. Notable past work with others includes Square NYC office with Magdalena Keck Interior Design, IDEO NYC office with McKay Architecture/Design and Berg’n Beer Hall with Selldorf Architects, which received the Masterworks award for Best Neighborhood Catalyst from the Municipal Arts Society of New York and the Lucy G. Moses Award for outstanding preservation efforts from the New York Landmarks Conservancy. Ula is a registered architect in New York State as well as a member of AIA, the Custom Residential Architects Network and NCARB.
