Jeremy Bernard, CEO North America at essensys, a global provider of technology that makes flexible workspaces work. He is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Most recently, Jeremy was the Global Head of Real Estate for Knotel where he grew and oversaw a portfolio of 5.5MM sq ft of flexible office space across 250 locations in 17 cities around the world. Prior to Knotel, he was COO of Oasis Hospitality, a short-term vacation rental company, and he founded tansler.com, a proptech company for booking short-term vacation rentals. His real estate career includes launching a boutique real estate investment firm and as well as senior roles at Fireman Capital Partners and Acadia Realty Trust. Jeremy resides in Westport, CT with his wife and two children.
