Centered at the intersection of these ideas, she works with clients to define clear workplace design solutions that deliver positive change for individuals and their teams while still aligning with enterprise-level business strategies and organizational culture. In her diverse 20-year career, Mary has worked across a variety of sectors, including technology, higher education, healthcare, and public utilities. She has led research initiatives and established project design principles, guidelines and standards, and change management programs. These efforts are grounded in a human-centered approach, knowing that optimizing for the employee experience elevates the overall effectiveness of the organization. When she’s not busy advancing the workplace sector, she’s making the most of what Utah has to offer—taking advantage of the world-famous ski slopes.
