Sarah Payne, Head of Design at Kerr Office Group, cut her teeth in premium residential design before transiting into workplace design 13 years ago. Quickly falling in love with the creative freedom the discipline offers, her experience in the commercial property sector has seen her progress from junior designer, to senior designer and design manager, before securing the Head of Design role at Kerr in 2020.
