As Mass Timber Preconstruction Manager at Swinerton, Erica works directly with clients and design teams to disseminate information on the use of mass timber as an alternative and/or compliment to the other building systems, and to provide project-specific design assistance to support appropriate and optimal design. She leads estimating efforts for the mass timber structure and oversees VD&C/BIM integration and procurement of the mass timber materials. A team of 25 professionals, Swinerton Mass Timber provides turnkey mass timber structures to the U.S. commercial construction market, working as a specialty trade partner for both Swinerton and other general contractors.
