Jiji Thomas is responsible for the services function at RMZ Corp and manages a mixed portfolio comprising office, residential and retail space. His focus is on ensuring the wellbeing of the members of the community, thereby establishing property management services as a key differentiator for RMZ. Mr Thomas also drives the RMZ’s initiatives to add well building standards to the portfolio. His aim is to firmly establish a technology-enabled, digitally-driven, sustainable model of business, which he believes will significantly reduce the total cost of occupancy and achieve sustainable goals while enhancing the customer experience.
