Karen Bala, AIA, LEED AP is director of design for Dyer Brown. Since earning her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida she has developed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects. Taking cues from nature, Bala derives her design concepts from biology and natural systems to create leading-edge workplaces that are comfortable, dynamic and productive for her clients and their employees.
