Kimberley loves the small design moments that bring uniqueness and a sense of place to the project. Working with a client and seeing their personality come to life in the architecture and design is wonderful. She enjoys the challenge and psychology involved in interpreting needs, code restrictions and end users. Kimberley believes that crafting thoughtful and human-centered interior environments is the biggest impact a designer can have in creating a better, more empathetic world.
As Director of Projects, Kimberley leads large scale workplace projects for clients who are seeking organizational shifts towards a more human-centered workplace experience. As a champion for Lean Design methodologies, she translates best practices within large scale campus design and ground up construction into innovative delivery for the world of interior architecture and design. Her knack for problem solving through process-driven results and consensus building team integration transformed the way projects are delivered within Blitz.
Kimberley’s work also includes projects for the top innovators in technology and research including Google, Publicis Groupe, Instacart, Flexport, Audentes Therapeutics, and L’Oréal.
