With over 12 years of experience in the wellness industry, Brendan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges of diverse populations, from underprivileged kids to corporate employees.

His expertise lies in designing and implementing effective wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of each group. Brendan has successfully implemented after-school wellness programs for underprivileged kids in D.C. Public Schools and worksite wellness programs for specific companies in downtown Washington D.C. Brendan’s mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being, and to create a culture of wellness in every community.
