Bob Fox chats with competition juror, architect and designer, Clive Wilkinson about the challenges that COVID-19 has created for our industry.

As we ramp up to start receiving submissions for The Next Work Environment Competition, WDM publisher, Bob Fox connected with Los Angeles based architect, Clive Wilkinson.

Our jurors are facing the many problems presented by the COVID-19 pandemic in their various disciplines. There are many unknowns. Clive Wilkinson addresses the challenges to the design industry as we have yet to see any clear direction as we need to transition from remote work to…well, who knows? Bob and Clive honestly discuss the insecurity of the current business climate, and how working from home is reshaping the concept of work.

Clive is participating in the competition as it is a way to push people to think creatively as we move into the next phase of managing the post pandemic workplace. Check out the video above to follow along the informative and enlightening discussion.
